Olivia Beach has been awarded VR Zoning status by the Lincoln City, OR City Council.  This is a rare designation in Lincoln City and we are proud to have met their stringent requirements.

What this means for homeowners in Olivia Beach: There is no limit on the number of days a homeowner can rent their property. A permit, commonly called a VRD, must be obtained through the City of Lincoln City which will include an inspection of your home to ensure it meets safety requirements & regulations.
