We'll take it from here.
This is where the rubber meets the road. You will periodically need to weigh in on decisions in the moment, but mostly, you can relax and wait.

How Financing Works
Like with any home purchase, unless you are buying with cash, you first need to get prequalified by a mortgage lender. This will secure your loan at a specific interest rate until the estimated completion of the home.
To get started on your house, we require a 10% deposit which will be credited toward your down payment at the time of closing.
Your mortgage closing will happen when the home is completed and mortgage payments will not begin until then.
Each of these mortgage brokers is very familiar with the process and will walk you through it.
